my past: growing up in Hawai`i

anyone who doesn't live in Hawai`i earnestly believes it's paradise on Earth. but when you grow up there, it's pretty much like any place else. you get bored, you run out of places to eat, you go to the movies, etc. i only learned to truly appreciate home when i was away from it. anyway, here's where i lived for the first 18 years.

hopefully this house will be the Okano family home for generations to come.
